Received this bottle as a Christmas present and absolutely fell in love. The tannings are mild with great ears and also a very earthy aroma. The nose is divine and rich with apricot, beet, waffle batter, creamsicle, and soaking wet rock. The wine has a great viscosity to it, able to pour from the bottle at 12 km/s at a 55° tilt. Paired the wine with sardines and cookies -- it was a superb combo. Will be asking Santa for this again next year!
