Bright golden color. Aroma of honey, baking spice, and candied oranges. Some unpleasant plastic-like smell is present in this glass bottled sample. Intensely sweet on the tongue with flavors of honey, bright fruits, and pepper. A smooth, long, warming finish. Not unpleasant but also not particularly interesting.

A tried and true basic Irish whiskey which is found as essential in any respectable Irish coffee. Very reasonably priced for this above average relatively mellow whiskey.
