Extracted, saturated fruit with a heavy gloss of new French oak. Tastes like money.

From the Harlan family, this '09 still could use another 5 years to start hitting its stride. Pretty tannic upon opening. Nose was all blackberry and Cedar notes with a small spice. Great body to this wine. Earthy and herbs, coating of plums, dates and blackberry pie. Need to try this again in the future! Great possibilities!
