Wow that was fun!!! Little bit sweet which would keep me from drinking 2 in a row but I'd drink this again for sure. Straight up super delicious. The vanilla is not shy. Yum.

Im rating this for what it is-- a slightly sweet, desserty beer. But within that category, holy sh*t I want to drink an awful lot of it. Rice pudding nose with a sasparilla kick. To me tastes more like alcoholic birch beer than horchata, but I'm a huge fan. Some 'dessert beers' are cloyingly heavy and overly sweet but not this.
