Super concentrated. Thick intense opening. Very boozy and yet once it opens the wine reveals a new dimension, more licorice and sweet raisin, some earthy dusty nuances. Retains a balance through its spicy finish.

Classic Amarone, good stuff but I prefer the new style of Amarones (fresher, with more acidity and balance)
