I don’t drink wines like this enough. Serious density, but a silky texture. Flavors and aromas are extremely savory, with lots of iodine and a hint of red berries. Some liver on the palate, especially at first, with lingering black pepper, menthol, fennel bulb, and a finish that comes together to remind me of braised lamb.
