This is a delicious white blend from Israel.

Light yellow in color.

Medium bodied with high acidity. Crisp and refreshing.

Dry on the palate with nice complexity.

Showing limes, citrus, green apples, grapefruits, bitter herbs, spices, peaches and minerals.

Nice finish with tangy lemon juice and a light bitterness.

Tasty and easy drinking. Good by itself or with food. An Interesting wine made with a local grape called Dabuki.

This 3 year old is drinking beautifully now. I had it 6 months ago, and this time it is so much better. Time worked it's magic. Would be interesting to try it again in a year or two.

A blend of 50% Dabuki, 30% Gewürztraminer and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. Kosher and not Mevushal.

12% alcohol by volume.

91 points.

On the nose white flowers, citrus, melons, fresh spring water, spices, red apples and light tropical fruits.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with citrus, limes, green apples, herbs, earth, light vegetables and white pepper.

Spicy finish with limes and bitter herbs.

This is a very interesting white blend from Israel. Fruity on the nose and earthy on the palate.

Crisp and refreshing with a really unique nose.

Good by itself and better with food. I paired it with a Charcuterie board of cheeses, olives and fresh fruits.
