This is adult Pinot Grigio. Tons of minerality and citrus fruit with lovely floral aspect. A little bit under ripe peach. And a touch of honey comb on the finish. Not your typical PG...it's rated 'R' for Really Good!

Still not really a fru fan. Dog meaty but with some tropical fruit. 4,50€ a glass.

At refrigerator temperature this wine is all brightness and acidity (and slightly less attractive) but as soon as it warms up 5+ degrees, it becomes rich, fragrant and unified. Honeysuckle, ripe mango, fresh lemon peel. Long balanced finish. Terrific at the right temp! Drank the 2014 vintage with Aaron on 5/30/16
