Blend of rkatsiteli and mtsvane from Tsinandali, near Kakheti's capital. Not super complex, but very refreshing and bright. A bit like unoaked Mâcon with a hit of floral muscat. Golden delicious apple, green almond and a chalky finish. 🍏🌰🏞️

Really interesting varietal character from the Rkatziteli, just like Dr Frank's from Finger Lakes: delicate lemon blossom, robust acidity, clean finish. Nice weight in mouth.
