20160714 paired with baked portabella mushroom, fig with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese Roman lettuce salad.

Color : straw yellow
Nose : buttery & nutty
Taste : acid backbone at 1st, creamy nutty but finish quick with mild acid 1st, then nutty, buttery mild acid and last longer, value for money.

2007
Tasting note: Ripe, full bodied Chardonnay with nice core acidity that is reminiscent of Kistler in Sonoma! Very beautiful oak integration with nutty, toasty character and complex flavours in the middle and finish. They have been making this wine since 1994. Tasted in: Central Otago, New Zealand. Maturity: Drink. (27-Jan-2011) Jeannie Cho Lee

2009
Tasting note: Full bodied, buttery, ripe Chardonnay with firm acid backbone and structure. There is substantial weight and the fruit is just about tropical fruits - there are mixed nuts, toasty notes. Young, concentrated white with very long length. 2009 was a warmer season than 2007 and 2005 so flavours are riper and more generous. Tasted in: Central Otago, New Zealand. Maturity: Drink.
