Clean nose light tight finish. Slightly sweet licorice

This is the bottle that originally got me into premium sake. Pressed in a igloo in Hokkaido.

Incredible body. Seems versatile with food too. Drink this only lightly chilled.

Best fucking Sake I've ever had. Made in an igloo. Aromatics of a wine. Smooth as a baby's bottom.

Candylike aromas on the nose of pear and red apple, bubblegum, cherry blossom. Sweet cherry blossom and honey on the palate with a big dose of anise, red and black licorice. Pure and crystalline but just a bit oversweet and medicinal to me.
