Initial sweetness, together with robust effervescence, suggests cider. Sweetness is quickly undercut by acidity and a touch of funk. But honestly, alcohol is mostly what I tasted—along with huge bubbles. More tolerable as I drank it, but nothing I’d seek again, especially considering the price.
