Very reductive on opening. Matchstick and rubber. But in the safe zone - dissipates and is resolved on day two. Nose becomes mineral, with lemons, grapefruit, pear and some quince. So mineral on the palate, salty, great density, body, texture, acid. Such a long finish. Like villages white burgundy filtered through volcanic rock.

More obvious smoke & some sour patch on entry. More subtle than the usual tangy & salty arrows coming from the Canary Islands.

Amazing wine and a unique blend. Medium body sweet masterfully balanced mix of ripe sweet fruits and raisins with a long herbal, bitter almond, mineral finish that will set the bar soooo high that you’ll need more that luck to top this experience. On the nose it is a full rave... Decadent and tropical with the right amount of funk ! Canary Islands man !! Canary Islands ... Write it down !

Smoky salinity, Meyer lemon on the tastebuds. A slight oakiness, makes me think of being cozy by a lodge fire after a day at the beach eating oysters.
