Very smooth, light Brett characteristics, mellow and very enjoyable for the first beer of the evening. Been sitting on this one for over 22 months.

Academically interesting exercise but not my absolute favorite beer. Love the nose of exotic spices. Very filling, creamy, bitter, and fruity. I have one more that will continue to age quite a bit longer.

Technically not after 10/31/15, but close enough. Brett mashes well with the herbal, malty, and grapefruit-y tones of the IPA.

10.31.15 cellared for over a year. Brilliant fusion of a dry saison and an American IPA. Dinstinctively herbal. Hopefully can let my other bottle go a little longer.
