Beautiful deep, deep purple in color with a purplish rim. Teeth staining color.

Gorgeous nose of blackberries, dried figs, currants, sweet plums, strawberry jam, coffee, oak, vanilla, chocolates, licorice, leather, light acetone, graphite, spices and peppercorn.

Full bodied, bold and spicy, with medium plus acidity and gorgeous legs.

Bone dry on the palate with blackberries, plums, cherries, wood, licorice, cloves, vanilla, herbes, Indian spices and peppercorn.

Long, long finish with firm tannins, peppercorn and tart raspberries.

What a nice Petite Syrah from Dry Creek Valley this is. Still Young, but already enjoyable.
Not fully balanced yet, but features lots of complexity and a great mouthfeel.

Needs two or three years to chill out in the bottle. Has plenty of acidity and tannins to carry it for a while.

Great by itself or with food. I paired it with BBQ Beef ribs.

This is a Limited release of only 612 cases.

Needs two to three hours in a decanter to open up.

14.5% alcohol by volume.
