Whatever Feinherb is, this one is near dry. Floral nose with lemon and a bit of tropical fruit. Palate adds lemon, apple and pear. Enamel cleansing acidity. All about potential but so interesting in its current state. We paired it with an omelette featuring porcini and aged Comte. Happy we were.
