Sweet nose of cooked fruit, vanilla, velvety, mouth: very dry, vegetal, menthol, ashy. 4/5 too expensive

A Valpolicella traditional blend (with 10% of Molinara grapes). Acidity and finesse at €6 a bottle at the winery.

Dry, tart, cranberry

Cranberry. Cherry. Light tannin. Acid.

Nice alcohol level and complex body! Full bodied.

Kind of sweet, but not very, and light. Enjoyed it on its own and with pizza.

Medium red color, fragrance of a bowl of raisins, light cherry taste

ベタッとしないドライながらリッチな果実味に、ハーブや苦っぽい感じなど複雑味はかなりのもの。このあたりの価格ならリパッソで凝縮感のあるものもあるが、こういう伸びのあるリパッソではないノーマルのヴァルポリチェッラもありだな。

Great bottle at $14. Strong deep cherry finish.
