Dark fruit, medium plus body, lush on the palate, insistent acid lending structure, great concentration and balance. But it's Stage Left Cellars. What else would you expect?

Aromas of damp earth, black raspberry jam. Sleek liqueur like fruit and surprising levels of mouth-watering acid. Glad I've more of this because this baby has a few years left in it. Powerful, concentrated, balanced. 14.9 abv you'd never guess to be there. Very well made wine.

Starting to hint at its age but has the acid and fruit to go few more rounds. I've got one bottle left. Not sure there's a whole lot left anywhere. This wine has had a great run.

The rich nose is a savory mix of raspberry syrup, baking spice, and damp earth. In the mouth there is an explosion of cool red fruit, mouth watering acid and fine grained tannins. Despite its 14.9 abv, this is a balanced, supple wine that has several years left in it. 92% Grenache and 8% Mourvèdre from the central coast. A memorable, well-made wine.
