Delicious. What do you like in a Pinot? Bright fruit? Complex spice? A little forest floor? Decent acid and a long, adventurous finish? This one's got it all. IMHO, Spring Mountain Vineyards wines are made in classic European style and need cellar time. This one is coming into its own.
