Delicious. What do you like in a Pinot? Bright fruit? Complex spice? A little forest floor? Decent acid and a long, adventurous finish? This one's got it all. IMHO, Spring Mountain Vineyards wines are made in classic European style and need cellar time. This one is coming into its own.

Ammonia smell and spicy feel gives way to complex fruit and tea flavors. Complexity grows as you drink it, ammonia scent always lingering somewhere. Medium body.
