Big, dense, and chewy. This type of combination of deep blue fruits, ferrous-type mineral, and overall extract is a dead ringer for Priorat---but low and behold its Alentejano! Tremendous stuff

Sep 9th, 2015Dark berries macerated in violet syrup. So many violets. Creme de violette soaked violet cake in a field of violets. A little riper than I prefer but loads of concentrated fruit. And violets.
