Steeplechase Select Cuvée North Coast Chardonnay

Paired with shrimp and angel hair pasta. Chardonnay is usually too dry, but not in this case.

This is hands down the worst wine I have ever had in my life. My recommendations to the wine maker is take a year off and then quit.

Was a Pinot Noir. Way too dry for me. If you're a lover of extremely dry wines you'll like it
