Rich cherries and berry jam with a pretty strong peppered popcorn vibe going on. Really dry and long finish. Pairing with spicy turkey lettuce wraps.

Dusty and earthy notes, drinks a bit too hot with alcohol. That masks the flavor profiles, more mineral flavors than fruit for me.

Nice oak character but overall a bit hot and hard to really enjoy. The other sobon zins I have had were better.
