This is a Black Forest cake. There's black cherry and raspberry fruit, with lots of chocolate. There's a lot of oak flavor. The label says 24 months in French and and American oak. The fruit seems a little overpowered by the oak. But this was really good with some chocolate and strawberries for dessert.
