Dry, full bodied, with that stick in your mouth finish that is heady but not overwhelming. Notes of dark fruits, inky and earthy in the mouth. The polish of french oak combines well with the earthy characteristics which are a trademark of Georgian wine

This MukuZani is fantastic. This is an appellation controlled wine from Mukuzani Kakheti, Georgia made with 100% saperavi grape varietal. The wine most familiar to the western world that you can compare this to is an oaked cabernet. Full bodied, high tannin, flavors of dark fruit and spice. Delicious with steaks.
