Very funky amber wine from Lefkada Island in the Ionian Sea. Not quite like anything I’ve tried, but similar to Italian orange wines (like a Falanghina) with a bit of effervescence. Also has some old-world, pine wine vibes. Hints of baked apple or pear, but dry and adventurous. Pair it with something creamy. 12.5% abv. Zero-zero vinification with a few days of skin contact (embracing the pretentious natural wine trend 🤗) AND organic.
