Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend

I've found heaven.

Dark red berries, cassis, vanilla and spice on nose. Palate of strawberry, blackberry and a hint of chocolate. Very nice balance of acidity and tannins.

Silky smoothy on the front half with medium tannins on the finish. Earth tones throughout and went well with our mushroom appetizer. For those of you who haven’t tried it - go to Bird & Jim restaurant in Estes Park. Great wine list and food.

Smooth and Velvety…

Opened up nicely after a couple of hours. Very balanced. Plums, cherries, cinnamon. Nice finish. Affordable. Enjoyable.

Good, not great. Drank over three days, consistent throughout. Red berry fruit transitioning into a long tar, dark red fruit skin finish. Alcohol showing through on the finish as well.

Fantastic Cabernet merlot blend. Great start and even better finish.
