Dark ruby hue. Medium saturation. Aromas and flavors of strawberry jam, plum, mushroom, butter, toast, chocolate, white pepper, and vanilla. Fruit-forward on the nose and palate, but bittersweet on the finish. Smooth and dangerously drinkable (with a 14.8% ABV).
