Sep 20th, 2020Dark ruby hue. Medium saturation. Aromas and flavors of strawberry jam, plum, mushroom, butter, toast, chocolate, white pepper, and vanilla. Fruit-forward on the nose and palate, but bittersweet on the finish. Smooth and dangerously drinkable (with a 14.8% ABV).

Aug 20th, 2019Earthy and herbaceous on the nose with a similar taste profile, just a touch of dark fruits and tannins added on the palate. Definitely a fan of this one, but the style may not be for everyone.
