Shai Cellars
Cabernet-Syrah Blend

2009 - Big but smooth and surprisingly well balanced for something with so much fruit. Earth, spice, and a Hell of a lot of winemaking skill in this wine.
Recommendation from the guys at Angelino's.
Let it breathe for 30+ mins , but this is ready to drink now...Though I'm going to grab another couple bottles so I can taste how potent it is after a year or 2.
Hard to find, but at $40 (currently) on the winery's site, this is a very good value.
