Reserve Kamal Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark, reddish purple with a near black core. Abundant nose of blackberry cobbler. Full bodied palate echoes the nose adding black cranberry and natural licorice. A wee bit hot on opening but that blows off after some air. Medium soft tannins that become a bit more assertive with time and air. Lengthy tarry cranberry finish. The upper echelons of Paso Robles Cabernet is only enhanced by this lesser known interpretation. Do yourself a favor and get to know it with prime rib, porterhouse, or other higher end cuts of beef and game. Drink now through 2025.
