Smells of sour notes, a little lemon. Taste is a bit sour at first followed by fruit tastes (pear maybe) ending with lemon. Nice crisp finish. Great on its own as an aperitif. $11 on WTSO.

Outstanding Prosecco! Nice peach, melon and floral notes. Lovely effervescence. Creamy texture. Beautiful summertime sipper, and it is a great base for a wonderful Mamosa!
