It’s a wine tasting night and here’s another gem from Serendipity. This is a powerful, full bodied wine. It’s complex, with chewy and leathery tannins balanced with fleshy fruits and plums. Spices of pepper, clove and earthy mouth feel still persist toward the end. Although this is 7 years old, can easily be cellared for another 2-3 years. Oh yah!
