Seems a little sweeter than the Brut designation would indicate, not terribly complex, but delightfully fruity, gluggable and refreshing.

Excellent sparkling Riesling that's well balanced in all aspects, nose of white fruits and hints of stones and lively palate and good finish.

It is an interesting example of Mosel Riesling. The Apple and pear flavors dance nicely with the sugar and the bubbles.
It is a great pairing for Asian curry flavors. Lovely.
