Off dry Riesling from New-Zealand. We had it along homemade ramen. Oh and behind this is our yearly batch of homemade habanero (very) hot sauce made with chilis grown at our place 😍. The nose is nice and pretty true to type. Lemon, lime, a bit of chalk, and an herbal thing too. The palate shows great acid drive, a sweet lime juice and lime custard note all along. The finish is fresh and rather lean, with a bit of a zesty touch. It's not the greatest Riesling experience I've had but it was a good companion to our meal.
