At first it's passionfruit aromas were a little too overpowering however they've seemingly blown off and settled nicely into the background. Cut grass, lemongrass and a subtle smoke have appeared for a while and grapefruit and green apple show themselves too. The palate is tropical with assertive acidity with some pithy character and long finish. At first I didn't really enjoy this, give it a while and serve around 12-14 degrees
