The bouquet is really nice on this wine. Typical Riesling with tropical notes of pineapple, kiwi, lime and slate. It really is a luscious bouquet which is why when it didn’t please me palate I felt like I had been visited by the 2minute man. 😜 Very short finish and the wine just kept falling flat! Like it was stale or had been opened for days. I kept longing for a bit of carbonation, some fizzy bubbles on the side of my glass.. Something. Not for me.
