Red transparant. Closed nose. In the mouth it swirls around and leaves you astonished. Wave after wave with sweets (strawberry, cherrie), herbs as anice, some wood but all very balanced and lasting long. Different in style then a lot of other amarones I had.

Great amarone. All the characteristics of an Amarone are there but it is so subtle!
Elegance in a bottle!! Paired with Risotto all’Amarone (and used some of it).
