Slightly oxidated with an almond note and some lees contact. Subtle on the nose and not terribly exciting.

Appalling. Vegetal with notes of old hay and alfalfa. Acidic and sharp without balance or flavor.

I read the other comments about this Tuscan wine and I disagree. It's sharp, crisp and has this strange hint of melon. It pairs excellent with penne vodka w/shallots.
