Crisp, bracing, dry and saline. Lightly aromatic. Finish is a bit abrupt, but perhaps the best Puget Sound wine I've come across. Would be great with oysters as intended.

Floral, mineral and a bit phenolic. Reminiscent of the Loire. When in Rome!

Pears up front with citrus aftertaste. A bit too sweet to easily pair.
