What a lovely food wine: medium Ramón, high acidity, bright sour cherry, cranberry and black pepper. Light to medium bodied, absolutely delicious

Got better the longer it was open and was signing with a wide variety of dishes (black cod & duck). Tart red fruit and spice. Something between Gamay and Frappato. “Treated” my dad to his first taste of Rossese (the wine he always wanted to try on his honeymoon with my mom some 40 years ago and never got to.

Wonderful red wine from the hills in front of the Ligurian Sea.
Mediterranean erbs, tangerine, pine resin... lot of things all in a glass.
Unique!
