Jan 20th, 2020More structured than I've had before for a Pinot. Perhaps as I've more focused Californian Sonoma and New World. Less fruit and quite pleasant fortified tone I think. Slight oak and smoke, hint of Armagnac. That's it, it's Armagnac. Maybe they've overcooked the Armagnac tone a tad.

Dec 5th, 2015Aromas of smoke, resin, red apple skin. Tasting dried fruits, currants, raspberry and red cherry. Enjoyable but drink now on the 2012.

Oct 15th, 2015This is amazing for the price. Raspberry and drinks like a $25 bottle. Clean, jammy, balanced with complexity and pure berry from start to finish, very little acid or tannic but still bitter like a raspberry
