Tolo do Xisto’s entry level wine, a a collaboration between young Galician winemaker Andrea Obenza and her former oenology professor Toni Coca, of Coca I Fitó. 100% Mencía from vineyards in Vilachá de Salvadur, in Ribeira Sacra. Juicy red fruit on the nose. Tart cherry flavors. Fresh, pure, high acidity.
