Some real heft for a domestic SB. More ginger gold/green apple than citrus in terms of flavor profile. I catch a grassy element here that works, some white nectarine....very steely. A unique expression.

Young green grass, light citrus, and very mineral driven. Amazing texture and finesse.

Round and smooth, with nice acidity and a cool brightness.

Wow. Probably the best SB I've experienced. Supple and rich with great fruit.

Killer SB. Not much of a nose to speak of. Palate is delicate and balanced. Apples, sugar, and malt. Medium body. My current benchmark SB is the 2012 Adamvs. This was in the ballpark, but not quite there.
