Smells of honeydew melon and pear. Tastes of melon with slight tannins adding a beautiful complexity to the taste while keeping it easy to drink and not overly sweet feeling. Love it. Especially on a nice spring day. I would appreciate a little more acidity though. *Please note that I have not consulted previous reviews or taste guides and am slightly buzzed while writing this. I love you all and wish the best to everyone. Enjoy.*
