Was on sale at a local wine shop and I'll try any red for 13.99
It's actually lovely and would please many people ar a party (an official rating system that matters in my opinion). Lots of plummy and berry notes with a dry finish. The nose was nice too, with a promising earthy mineralness. The flavor was less complex than the nose, but it was perfectly sippable and would go nice with something rich and buttery to eat like a steak and gruyere pie.

Found this on sale while on vacation in Maui b#and was worth it. It’s a Zin from Lodi so you know I’ll be a fan. This wine has great legs and deep purple colour. Fruit forward with a smooth finish. Try it.
