Ripe Zinfandel fruit and noticeable red earth depth. At 12 years it has mellowed into a round and palate filling wine with more years of life. You never get a light weight Zinfandel from Monte Rosso. Great match with pasta, sausage, pesto and grated cheese. 🍷👍

A FRUIT Bomb! Too sweet for me. I like the Zins that lean more toward the Cabernet side. It has lasted nicely though.
