We bought this bottle from the winery during an unforgettable tripe to Galicia in 2016. I don’t remember exactly how this wine tasted 5 years ago, but it’s very light in profile, both in color and body. You honestly might confuse this wine with Oregon Pinot blindfolded. It has a lovely floral, peppery nose with some cranberry. A touch of wood in there. It’s dangerously quaffable with no tannins to slow you down. We’re pairing it with lasagna, but I could see this being incredibly versatile.

Raina and I actually had the pleasure of visiting this winery back in October, which was pretty unforgettable. This was one of our favorites. Aromatic nose with floral and white pepper. Pretty light in body with more of that white pepper on the palate, decent acidity, and some red fruit. Very lovely and delicate.
