Feb 8th, 2015This 2007 vintage Champagne is clearly a blanc de blancs, the Chardonnay flavors predominate. Nose is yeasty and lemony, mousse and bubbles are medium fine, flavors are tart lemon meringue pie tailing off into grapefruit rind. Delicious.

Feb 23rd, 2014Tasted in a Riedel Bordeaux glass - pure alcoholic heat. In a zalto bordeaux glass - texture was off, nose brioche. In a Zalto AP glass, brioche, chalk and unmistakable CURRY (!!?!?) and finally in a stolze quatrophil red wine glass where this special club saw its most pristine fruit, marzipan and minerality.
