Surprisingly good. Perhaps the oldest bottle on an eclectic list of exclusively California wines. Malbec, syrah and merlot. The malbec, to me, was most prominent. Nicely balanced. Reasonable value. No regrets.

2008 Rocky Hill Richard Dinner Vineyards Sonoma red blend. Opaque ruby garnet color, deep dark cherry flavor. Tobacco, baking spice notes. Good structure, dry mouthfeel, long finish. Nice!
