This was a bottle of the Private Cellar Franschoek Cabernet Sauvignon. Bottle no. 2223 of 2700. This wine was immediately drinkable. Berry jam bouquet. Garnet red in color. Tanins were so very mellow. Mouth feel was a little lighter than expected but the luscious finish was long and memorable.
