Reynoso Family Vineyards
Syrah

Fabulous vintage especially for its price. Berry notes, sweet but not overpowering. Opens up beautifully with a smooth finish. Paired it with a spicy pasta. Went back to buy the rest of the 2012 bottles.

Heavy blackberry, smooth, a little sweet. Pretty good, though without tannins to stand up to a roast, for example. (Had during house dinner with Megan's pork loin with sauerkraut. Gift from parents.)
